**Applying for Adoption**

To apply for the adoption of one of our pre-qualified service/therapy dogs, we require an email explaining how a dog from our nonprofit would change your life or the lives of those surrounding you. We pride ourselves on providing canines with calm demeanors and moldable personalities. This leads to our love for connecting with those who are willing to take up where we leave off in training. In this amazing journey of transitioning a pup/dog with adequate socialization and desensitization training, we aim to partner with families/organizations who offer the same time, support and dedication to reaching the finish line with an already amazing foundation point.

Your email must include:

1. The name of the organization or individual in need.

2. The exact plan for service work pertaining to the applied-for PUP4PURPOSE service/therapy dog.

3. The location of the applicant.

4. Agreement to donate to PUP4PURPOSE so we can continue this legacy.

5. The plan to bring your pup with purpose home.

6. Agreement to provide PUP4PURPOSE with access to the progression of service and an understanding that work must continue to be made in training for the specified field needed, once the puppy leaves our care.
